Challenge By The Sea:

A unique experience that enhances effective teamwork by simulating real-life problem-solving situations

Initiative games, such as “Fishnet,” “Group Juggle,” and “The Sea of Snakes”

• Highlights trust, cooperation, mutual support, commitment to shared goals, open communication, accountability – skills necessary for any effective team
• Risk-free activities geared toward reinforcing a winning attitude
• Event time: 2 to 2 1/2 hours, but can be customized to fit your schedule

The Real Corporate Jungle:

An “orienteering” adventure that combines survival skills with good judgment in a safe, supportive atmosphere

• Apply map-reading skills, intuition, and creativity to navigate a list of local coordinates using supplied maps and compasses
• Record accomplishments with provided Polaroid cameras
• Can be completed as individual participants or in small groups
• Event time: 2 to 2 1/2 hours, but can be customized to fit your schedule

Beach Olympics:

A fast-paced competition that channels enthusiasm and energy into a positive bonding experience

• Especially recommended for competitive groups from 20 to 400 members
• Beach-set activities include volleyball, frisbee golf, relay races, human ring toss, and kayaking
• Teams awarded with ribbons for first, second and third places
• Event time: 2 to 2 1/2 hours, but can be customized to fit your schedule and team’s experience level

Great Monterey Scavenger Hunt:

A fun and interesting way to foster cooperation, trust, and determination while touring Cannery Row

Discover the Monterey Peninsula’s historic waterfront areas

• Teams record progress at hunt checkpoints, including Fisherman’s Wharf and Cannery Row, by gathering “physical evidence” with supplied Polaroid cameras
• Hunt course is less than one mile; can be set up for walking or biking
• Event time: can be customized to fit your schedule
